How to Purchase Memberships:


Memberships will be available for purchase online 24/7 and at our Utica taproom during business hours. Purchaser will need to provide contact information (name, phone, email, birthday.) Purchaser info does NOT need to be the same as member info (if buying as a gift), but purchasers will need to provide member info before membership is activated.


Members must be 21+. Memberships are non-refundable after activation or January 31st, 2024.


2025 Membership sales begins Fall 2024.


How to Use Membership:


Loyalty points may be redeemed at any Cabin Boys Brewery visit across all locations. Simply provide your membership details at checkout and a staff member will get you taken care of!

Member’s apparel and cellar vault access can be picked up at the specified dates listed in these details.

Member’s Dinners, table reservations, custom beer experience, and cabin experience will be communicated to members via email with detailed instructions.

Loyalty Program:

point value- 1,000 points = $1.00

Members are provided use of Cabin Boys Brewery loyalty program. This program awards points for every purchase made at any CBB location. Point accrual is set at 1 point for every penny spent, excluding tax and gratuity. Points accrued can be used to purchase products* at any CBB location in whole amounts (i.e. if a product cost 7,000 loyalty points, guests must have 7,000 points to cover the cost.)


Loyalty point value that is added at the purchase of membership does not expire.


*some product exclusions may apply

Member’s Apparel & Cellar Vault Allocation:

value- 1 bottle = $30, member’s apparel = $35

Members will be able to pick up their bottle allotment along with their members apparel at the specified dates below. Members will be able to select any combination of barrel aged offerings at our pick up events.

Pick Up Dates:

Thursday February 22nd, 4-7pm

Friday February 23rd, 12-6pm

Saturday February 24th, 12-6pm

Members unable to pick up during these times must make arrangements via email (info@cabinboysbrewery.com). Bottles will be selected by CBB Staff and are subject to availability. All allocations must be redeemed by Friday March 1st. Any unredeemed bottles/merchandise are non-refundable and are considered forfeit.

Proxy Policy: if you are unable to collect your allocation and need to send a proxy to pick it up, member will need to provide proxy’s information (full name, email address, phone number, date of birth) in advance of pick up. Proxy will be the only individual outside of the member who can receive the member’s allocation.


Member’s Beer Dinner:

value- $60 per ticket

4 members-only beer dinners will be held on Mondays beginning at 6:30pm, one per quarter through 2024. Dates listed below. These multi-course beer dinners will be held at Cabin Boys Brewpub. Tier Dubbel, Tripel, and Quad members may use their included tickets to attend any of these beer dinners. Tier Single members are able to purchase tickets to attend member’s dinners. All members may purchase additional tickets to member’s dinners.

Beer Dinner Dates:

March 11th

June 3rd

September 6th

December 9th

Any included tickets that are not redeemed during the 2024 dinners will not roll over to the next year and the value is non-refundable.

Event Table Reservations:


Tables for each event will be listed with 2-hour time slots and distributed to all qualifying members at the start of the membership year. Reservations are accepted on a first come first served basis and are subject to availability.


Shamrock-Bash: Saturday March 16th

Oktoberfest: Saturday September 21st

7th Anniversary Party: Saturday November 23rd

The value of table reservations not redeemed during 2024 events are non-refundable.

Custom Beer Experience:

value- $500

Quad Members will have the opportunity to create their own beer at our production brewery on 7th and Utica. This beer will be tapped across all of our locations and member will receive (1) case of 16oz cans OR (1) ⅙ bbl keg (subject to keg deposit) of the beer they created.

Beer creation must occur in 2024 and scheduling is subject to production team availability. Brew day must be scheduled by October 1st and take place before the end of 2024.

Evening at the Cabin Experience:

value- $500

Join CBB owners Austin & Lisa McIlroy at our namesake cabin in Catoosa. Share beers, enjoy the outdoors, and hear first hand where the Cabin Boys journey started while enjoying a crafted dining experience.

Cabin Experience Dates:

Saturday April 13th, 5-9pm

Saturday November 2nd, 4-8pm


Members must attend one of the scheduled Cabin Experience dates in 2024 and the value is non-refundable.

All participants will need to agree to and sign a waiver of liability before visiting the cabin.
