BBQ lecture & demonstration on meat selection, trimming, rubs, mops, and meat preparation for Ribs & Briskets from Pitt Master James Hendricks from Bad Moon Smokin, LLC. While learning how to prep it, a Rib & Brisket BBQ lunch will be provided alongside a beer pairing of the Cornerstone Saison and Felix et Tenebris Stout. Brewmaster Austin McIlroy will give a brewery tour and mini lecture on how to pair beers with food. Each seat includes a raffle ticket for 2 lucky winners to go home with either the Wagu Beef Brisket or Ribs from the lecture demonstration.
